To protect the website, customers and Maid Together systems, we also collect limited security and reliability information when the website is used. This may include the public source IP address, timestamps, requested pages or routes, an anonymous first-party security-session identifier, browser and device category, approximate city, state or country derived from network information, and security or rate-limit events. Approximate IP location is not GPS data and may be inaccurate. We do not use this system to record screens, keystrokes, passwords, form contents, card information, service addresses, booking notes or NDIS information.

Identifiable website-security session records, including source IP addresses, are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Restricted audit records showing when the owner accessed sensitive security details are retained for up to 90 days. We may keep genuinely de-identified aggregate statistics for longer, but they are not used to recreate an identifiable visitor history.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors, assigned cleaners). We require all third parties to maintain appropriate data security.
7. Cookies
A protected, first-party, HttpOnly security-session cookie is used for website security, abuse prevention and reliable session presence. It lasts no more than 24 hours, is not available to website JavaScript and is not used for cross-site advertising. Essential server security logging and this security cookie operate whether optional advertising cookies are accepted or declined.
Essential cookies support website sessions and booking functions. If you choose “Accept All”, public marketing and legal pages on the production website load the Google Ads tag to measure advertising and website performance. The booking page may also load the tag after acceptance so a successfully submitted booking can be counted as an advertising conversion. Google may process browser, device, page-interaction, advertising-click, conversion and booking-value information for this purpose. Maid Together does not load this tag on login, account, rating, NDIS-document or portal pages, and does not deliberately send Google your name, email, phone number, service address, NDIS details, payment details or booking notes through it.
If you decline, the Google Ads tag is not loaded. Advertising-personalisation and advertising user-data signals remain disabled by our website even after acceptance. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; clearing the Maid Together consent cookie will ask for your choice again on a later visit.
8. Your Rights
